1. Who we are
Zentra Tax [legal entity name, company number and registered address — TO BE COMPLETED] provides record-keeping and filing services for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax.
2. Guidance, not tax advice
Everything on this website — including the mandation checker and your emailed result — is general guidance based on the information you give us. It is not tax, legal or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such. For advice on your specific circumstances, speak to a qualified tax adviser.
3. The checker
The checker estimates whether and when MTD applies to you using the thresholds HMRC has announced. Results depend entirely on the accuracy of the figures you enter, and thresholds or rules may change. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of a checker result.
4. Waitlist
Joining a waitlist does not create a contract for services and does not guarantee a place, a price, or a start date. Indicative prices shown for waitlist services may change before launch.
5. Paid service terms
